- 3 years of tax returns on borrowers, guarantors and other interests.
- If you are a start-up company, bring your business plan.
- Personal and business identification numbers
- Corporate documents including corporate by-laws

Lenny Bateman
Lenny received an undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University and has been in commercial lending for 16 years. His roles have included commercial lender and regional credit officer for Flag Bank and chief credit officer at State Bank of Cochran. Lenny is a Leadership Board member for the Community Bankers Association and serves as Finance Committee Chairman of First United Methodist Church of LaGrange.

Kathryn Parrott
Kathryn received her undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and has been a commercial lender for two years. She currently serves as the Accounting Chair for Troup County's Relay for Life and is a lifetime Troup County Resident.

Brenda Dangle
Brenda received her undergraduate degree from the University of West Georgia and received her MBA from The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. She has been a Commercial Lender for eight years. Prior to Commercial Lending, she opened and operated a small business for 15 years. Brenda has been a resident of West Georgia her entire adult life.

Roger D. Hughes
Roger is a graduate of the UGA School of Banking and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers. He has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for over 35 years and 20 of those years have been in commercial lending. He is a native of Columbus, Georgia and has served on many community boards including the local Zoning Board, Leadership Columbus, and the Greater Columbus Home Builders Association (two positions).
